These Terms of Purchase apply to all purchases of The Gold Blueprint course ("the Course") from The Forex Mastermind, accessed via theforexmastermind.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
The Gold Blueprint — Mastering XAU/USD ("the Course") is a digital trading education product comprising written content, custom diagrams, video lessons (where available), and a downloadable PDF book. Access is delivered via the member portal at app.theforexmastermind.com. The Course is sold as educational content only.
The current price of the Course is displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. All prices are in GBP. UK VAT is included where applicable. Accepted payment methods include major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna where available.
Access to the Course is granted to a single named individual (the buyer) and is non-transferable. Access is provided for the lifetime of the platform.
You will receive an email with a magic-link access token immediately after purchase. The link is valid for 30 days from issue and is single-use. Once redeemed, it creates a 30-day rolling session that you can refresh at any time by visiting app.theforexmastermind.com/login and entering your purchase email.
Due to the digital nature of this product and the fact that the entire course is delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are final and non-refundable.
By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you are waiving your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, regulation 37, in exchange for that immediate access.

Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with us will be disputed with full evidence of access, consent, and use of the Course content.

The Course is a living product. Where the methodology evolves or new content is added, you will receive access to those updates at no additional cost as part of your lifetime access.
